A NOTE TO RETAILERS AND DEALERS:
The first edition is a limited run of 1000. These have sold out. I promise that you will not see any first edition copies sold by any discount booksellers or on the internet for less. Of course applicable taxes, shipping and handling will also apply.
The books are 100% American made with over 500 pages printed on 80lbs coated paper stock with NO post-consumer product. The book is hardbound with a linen cover that is foil embossed and protected by a dust jacket. The book is lavishly illustrated with over 400 photos, maps and ephemera. The second printing is noticeably different to increase the first printings potential for value appreciation.
Dealers must write or email for specific terms. The book retails at $69.95. I also give a break for case orders with twelve books per case plus shipping and handling. Cases are double-boxed and shipped with 30-day net terms.
